Even though they are NEVER busy at this location, I sat at the drive thru window for 10 minutes before someone came. Her excuse was that they were counting down money trying to close even though I arrived at 3:55. Then I waited an additional 5 minutes for the girl to complete my transaction. Horrible service.
I'm so glad I changed banks! I Love the Dallas location the Lady's are always nice and get me in and out fast!!!!
