very disappointed in the lack of communication with my dentist Dr Bickford. I had to ask to see my own xrays. I got a second opinion and found out Dr. B was going to fill about 10 more non existent cavities. I felt ripped off and lied to in regards to my teeth. Dissappointed and I will not go back. I do not have deep pockets and will not be ripped off
Love this dental practice. I have been a patient for around 5 years now and before that I had poor experiences with several local dentist. Dr. Bickford and Shirley do not do work that is unneeded. They are honest and very aware of your budget and insurance overages. Wont be going anywhere else!
