Our family got wonderful service at Caroline's, and the casket spray and the matching flower arrangements were exceptionally elegant and beautiful! They could not have been any more perfect!
I've used Caroline's Florist multiple times and every time I've been extremely pleased! I wish I could post a pic of the flowers they sent. Absolutely beautiful!
I have never been so disrespected by a company than I was today by Caroline's Florist in Dallas. We paid $150 for a cascading bouquet for the wedding. When we got it, it wasn't cascading at all, there were gaps in it, it wasn't symmetrical, and the ribbon was stained. My mom had to spend almost an hour before the wedding to fix it. When I called them today to let them know about it, I was told that I was just trying to rip them off and that if my mom did such a good job on the bridesmaid bouquet (which looked great using flowers from Kroger), then why didn't she just make my bouquet? Excuse me??? Then I was asked to bring my bouquet in and they would give me my money back. So when I took my bouquet in, I was polite, showed them the pictures below and told them that I had never felt so disrespected by a business. I told them they should get a phone with a hold button because I heard every word they said about me. She told me that everything I heard was exactly how she feels. No apology or anything. I'm not a crook, I'm not trying to rip anybody off. I was willing to pay for what I got, which is in no way what I ordered. But after the way they treated me, I requested a full refund. I work in retail, I know what it's like. I have never been treated so poorly by a business before, I'm just in shock.
I ordered a birthday arrangement on 4/4/17 for delivery on 4/10/17. At 9:22am on 4/10/17, I received a call from the shop stating that my credit card wasn't going through. As I was fixing that online, the lady from the shop also told me that the vase we wanted wasn't available. When I asked her my options, she said I could call another shop. I was taken aback. I explained that I was actually curious what my options were with HER shop and she seemed shocked and told me I could pick another vase. I began looking on their website, very disappointed that the vase we as a group had picked out wasn't available, and more so because of the last-minute notice with little to no time to get a group consensus on a different vase. When I expressed this disappointment, she offered a short "I'm sorry". Wow, that's helpful, and late. You should have led the conversation with "I'm sorry" and also "We should have called you last week when you placed the order to let you know we didn't have that vase in stock or we should have gotten it in stock since you gave us nearly a week to fulfill the order." And no one should be running my credit card for payment of an order for something that wasn't what I ordered, before I okay'ed it, to begin with. I called Amy's and they were able to fulfill the order and called Caroline's back to let them know; she was not disappointed in the least. I am still in shock that this is how I was handled by Caroline's. I just can't believe it.
DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!!! When my father passed away, many of my family members used Caroline's Florist to send several huge arrangements. After the service, the arrangements were moved to the cemetery for the grave-side service. His grave was then completely covered with all of the beautiful arrangements from several different florists. Everyone left. I returned alone early the next morning to visit my father's grave. This was LESS THAN 12 HOURS after he had been buried. THERE WAS NOT A SINGLE FLOWER LEFT ON HIS GRAVE - NOTHING BUT DIRT!!! I immediately drove to Caroline's Florist. They had the back door open and I saw ALL OF THE ARRANGEMENTS FROM MY FATHER'S GRAVE!!! THEY WERE TEARING THEM APART AND REUSING THE MATERIALS THAT MY FAMILY PAID FOR: Baskets, wreaths, EVERYTHING!!! The owner stated that was a common practice and they felt they were doing the family a favor by cleaning off the grave. REALLY?? YOU PEOPLE ARE HEARTLESS THIEVES!!! You disrespected my family and the remembrance of my father's memorial service. NEVER USE THIS FLORIST!!!!!
