My package was due to my house in Hiram on June 12, 2017. Got email that it went to Dallas first, then went BACK to Atlanta. New delivery date was June 14. Today is June 15. No package. This is not the way to run a business....but probably just fine with the government.
Is it really that difficult to deliver mail to the correct address? I've lived here for 6 years. My name hasn't changed. Shouldn't be that difficult.
Something seems off in our deliveries. I lost my regular mail person about a year ago. Since then I will have days when I see absolutely no truck come through. The other day I go out and the truck came in with my mail and while I am getting the mail another truck comes behind that one with more mail. Said they were trying to get caught up! The previous week I did not receive mail 2 days in a row. Usually right after a holiday like Columbus day you get tons of mail...I got nothing! I see my postal people coming in here in two trucks going to the culdesac and passing mail between them. Something is not right. Tried calling but system is automated and you get no where! Really frustrated....
Answers the phone on the weekends with just "Hello." The lady addressed herself by two different names and put me on hold then picked up the phone again to pretend that she was the supervisor Joe Moore. This state and the people have absolutely ZERO accountability or integrity.
Crammed a box in our mailbox that took forever to get out. They also have had our items for several days from Amazon but won't deliver them to us. Two days in a row we were supposed to get out items by 8pm. Delivery came by today and still no packages. Very frustrating when you purchase something and it sits at the USPS in Dallas for 2 or 3 days. Please fix your system. It sucks.
