I still live there but only because I'm stuck at the moment but the people who run the park are thieves and they never put any money into the trailers they just Jerry rig them don't come here I promise you will regret it

Me and my mother went through the same experience Becky described about 2 years ago.The manager Monica is an admitted morphine pill addict.She claimed residents didn't pay their rent when we did, even showing receipts to prove it was paid.Monica would then come up with other excuses such as rent wasn't paid previous month. Then when you tried to give her the rent money she refused to take it and drew up eviction papers for court. She did this to many people who lived there, for some reason she wanted all the residents out of there.I suspect she was taking rent money and spending it on her pill addiction.We noticed as soon as we gave her the rent money, she'd get in her car and immediately leave. Probably going to her dope dealers place. Do NOT even consider checking this place out as a place to live. You'd be better off going to live in the ghetto in the Westend area of Atlanta.
The manager will start gossip, then if you confront her she will refuse your rent, then evict for non payment take you to court and garnish wages, the owner allows this
