Best grocery experience. This Publix employs helpful and curious employees.
This is an extremely well run grocery store, so it's the main one for my wife and me. The staff will help you find something, the meat department will slice roasts on request, the checkout people are friendly even when you have lots of coupons, and often staff offer to help you take things to your car. With coupons and specials, the prices are good as well.
Went in to grab a sandwich from the deli. Plenty of people in the deli and I was the only one in line. The gentlemen said, "Be right with you." He then continued on starting and making a few online orders while I stood there approximately 5 minutes. He didn't look like he was going to be finished within the next minute so I left. I attempted to contact the manager of the deli over the phone but the phone number just hangs up on you, no recording, nothing.
Personally, if the service is as good as they say, wouldn't a customer in front of you experiencing the service be first in line over an online order that isn't guaranteed to be there in the next 5 minutes? Had I had the time to leave my groceries I would have taken the trip down the road to Kroger. Disappointed in this.
Very nice store, but still think Ingles and Walmart are still cheaper on very day items.
Tried to send my house payment via Western umion but they couldn't do it. They had already charged me and I had to tell them to refund my money. Went to Kroger and they sent it thru.
