For the owner, I suggest you all really rethink the quality of furniture you sell. Most people purchase by credit from you. With that being said people will pay more for quality products.

Worst place to shop period. Don't spend your hard earned money here. I wish I could give this place NO stars. Emily was my sales rep. She was nice and very helpful in the store. Once you leave the store all the customer service goes out the window. I ordered a full living room set, but half of it happened to be on back order. I had to wait a whole 3 weeks for it to come. Ok cool, I was prepared for that. I also ordered a whole bedroom set complete with a mattress set. So delivery day gets here and No mattress set arrived with my order, plus the mirror that came with the bedroom set was shattered when they opened the box. Emily never put my mattress set on my order at all. The bed also had a cracked headboard. So now I'm stuck with a bedroom set with no mattress and a missing mirror because it was shattered and a living room with one sofa. The store manager was absolutely no help at all. She won't help with anything.
We bought a couch set and dining set several months ago. Wife opened a new account which we had the option to do a same as cash deal(was either 1-2 years) or get 20% off total cost of purchase at sale. Which they didn't tell her that the interest rate was 21% apr. They rush young families through the paperwork paraphrasing to the victim...I mean customer....No...Victim was right. For the 20% off deal. First bill have overcharges on it. Already paid over $200 in interest. So they sheduled delivery and we removed our old furniture. They delivered 3 days late. Which was due to internal personal issues with their delivery driver. Which should NEVER and I mean NEVER should be shared with a customer. Everytime we called all anyone did was throw their coworkers under the bus for why Badcock had not held up their end of the deal. Couch had scuffs and a tear. Dining chairs were wobbly, and the silicon(grout) on tile table top was peeling out. Now those issues were resolved due to manufacture warranty.
Answered all our question about the furniture line we were looking at. We purchased a living room suite and it was delivered and no damage done to it. The delivery men were friendly and sit up the furniture for us. We have seen no problem yet.
Buyers beware! Make sure you read every letter of their contracts. Don't let them fool you with a flashy sounding deal. Once we get our furniture paid off, we will never make another purchase with these guys again.

Sometimes we make impulsive decisions due to that excitement which we did. Go do some research before making an investment like furniture for your home. So you don't get that buyers remorse like us.
Families work hard to buy homes and attempt to furnish them nicely. Then enjoy a purchase made. You definately get buyers remorse with these guys I still have it. Furniture quality is terribble once you have had it a few months.
Their fake leather does not hold up. Sectional assembly is terrible for the peices wanting to slide apart everytime you get off the couch. The team at the store are worse than a car sales person. The corporate cutomer service person was excellent in service, but they are more of a middle person in a dispute.
For your employees they need training on customer service for sure. They need to be more professionally mannered, and keep internal issues internal. Just in my experience from purchase to delivery, I could of told you why your delivery driver was out of work(reason my delivery was late), then why the other guy that could have delivered was not capable of doing so. Anyways, after this experience you will never have my business again.
