Always friendly staff and excellent service. Delivery is always professional and take the time to set your items up correctly. My wife says how much she loves the accessories. Latest purchase was a memory foam mattress and adjustable base. Delivered next day! Ask for Lamar or Bradley. Both will not rest until you are happy.
We went to Woodstock furniture outlet and brought a sectional. The sectional was pretty big and we were unsure how it would fit into our living room. Our sales associate told us that we could exchange it within 7 days if so. It was delivered and it was indeed too big. We came back to exchange it and was told that we could exhange it but due to our finance option we would not receive a refund for the price difference. That was the complete opposite than what was explained to us. Their excuse for not honoring the refund request, was that the girl that conducted the transaction was new (which is not our problem). Instead of refunding the $556 that was due, they offered store credit! Like I would want to buy anything else from this overpriced store after this experience. A friend of mine wanted to come here and I'm telling her and everyone I know to stay away from this place.
Woodstock Outlet in Dallas, Ga., is hands down the best furniture store anywhere in metropolitan Atlanta. The prices are awesome, courteous service and always a friendly staff! I have dealt with Woodstock almost from their beginning and recommend them above anyone else! One of their best salesmen is Lamar Copeland. He goes over and beyond to make his customers happy with their purchase! Kudos to this whole organization!
